Caroli Foods Group

Caroli Foods Group is the leader of the Romanian cold-cuts market. Founded in 1994 by the Lebanese family El Solh, the company has several brands in its portfolio – Caroli, Campofrio, Sissi, Maestro and Primo – with more than 200 products for all tastes. In 2010, Caroli merged with Spain's Tabco Campofrio, the leading European meat processor and an important global player. Mexican multinational company Sigma Alimentos became a minority shareholder in Caroli in 2014, when it acquired Tabco Campofrio, and got complete ownership of Caroli Foods Group in 2017. Publicator has developed several internal campaigns and materials for Caroli employees.

The “Star of the month” internal campaign highlighted one new product made by Caroli and promoted it internally through direct product trials and communication materials such as posters and flyers with “how to use” suggestions and recipes.

Looking back

The core team of Publicator, Diana Moldovan (Capatina) and Iulian Puiu, started under the name Reply in 2002.
In 2015, the team changed the name Reply into Publicator and continued the business as usual.
