RMI Analytics’ World Barley, Malt & Beer Conference is the most recognized conference for barley, malt and beer specialists around the world. Starting with 2011, the conference is organized by RMI Analytics, a Swiss-German advisory firm specialized in brewing raw materials. We developed the identity general platform for the conference and the event materials derived from that.

The World Barley, Malt & Beer Conference is a three-day event, hosted biennially since 2001 in different European venues and attended by more than 300 people from about 40 countries.
The client required a logo for the World Barley, Malt & Beer Conference that is easy to adapt for each edition, in order to highlight the year of the conference and the country that hosts it. It also wanted to create a subtle visual link between RMI Analytics and the conference.
We designed a logo whose main element emphasizes the year and we used the same graphic “atom” used in 2010 when we created the RMI Analytics logo – the barley grain.
Since we created the identity there have been three editions of the WBMBC. For each of them we adapted the original logo, changing the year and the colors – dark blue is one of the RMI Analytics primary colors, but we combined it with colors associated with the countries where the conference took place – Spain, Ireland, Austria.
More than 300 participants from 40 countries appreciate the conference as being a source of vital industry information, but also a great networking engine, bringing together relevant professionals throughout the industry.
We created specific signage and communication materials for these networking opportunities, from lunch breaks to pub night.

The core team of Publicator, Diana Moldovan (Capatina) and Iulian Puiu, started under the name Reply in 2002.
In 2015, the team changed the name Reply into Publicator and continued the business as usual.
